It's day two of the Education Divisional Conference here in Carrickmacross, Co Monaghan.

Proceedings got underway yesterday evening, with delegates standing for a minute silence in memory of Lyra McKee. Fórsa President Ann McGee said the Conference wished to show solidarity with Lyra and her loved ones, and with the National Union of Journalists, and joined with them in calling for peace and respect across the island.
