All eyes are, this morning, on the Cabinet, which is set to go beyond NPHET advice (on pubs and restaurants, anyway) when it announces next week's move out of 'level 5.'  RTÉ reports that 31 school students and staff tested Covid-positive this week, and there's a reminder that the road to vaccine roll-out might not be as smooth as we all hope.
