The Irish Times and Euronews report that airlines must compensate passengers for wildcat strikes, following an EU court ruling.

 

In other news, Euronews report that major Danish public sector strikes have been postponed, following extended talks.

 

A number of changes to the non-consultant hospital doctor (NCHD) contract, to benefit trainee doctors, have been agreed between the Irish Medical Organisation (IMO) and health employers, according to Irish Medical Times.

 

Britain's economy is set to underperform compared to major European peers over the next two years as it grapples with Brexit, according to the International Monetary Fund.
