Cabinet will meet this morning to consider a proposal to develop a system that would permit only those who are fully vaccinated against Covid-19 to eat and drink inside bars and restaurants. Meanwhile, NIAC are recommending to Government that the AstraZeneca and Janssen vaccines can be administered to 18 to 40-year-olds.

The Tánaiste has called on employers and workers to make remote and home working a much bigger part of working life after the pandemic at the launch of a new campaign - #MakingRemoteWork, and The Examiner reports that more than a million workers will benefit from tax breaks aimed at incentivising remote working on a permanent basis in October's budget.

It's difficult to avoid football at the moment, with the day centered around the Euros and "important matches". As the tournament progresses I have found myself sucked in to the excitement of it all, and most recently was described as Mrs Doyle in the "Incredible over 75’s five-a-side football match" Fr Ted episode.

I revisited it last night and found far to many similarities for comfort. You can watch snippets of it below.

Have a good day folks.
