Fórsa’s Local Government and Local Services Division has launched a survey of Local Government workers across the Republic of Ireland. This issue-based survey seeks to capture the views and opinions of people in the sector working in grades represented by Fórsa.

Your responses to this survey will help us to better understand the workplace issues that are of most concern to Local Government workers and will contribute to the overall workplan of the union in the coming months and years. Our member’s voices are critically important to developing and informing our bargaining strategy as we seek to make the sector a better place to work.

Members can take part now by clicking here. The survey should take less than 10 minutes to complete. Responses will be treated with the strictest confidence and managed in compliance with GDPR regulations. The survey will run for three weeks, November 17^th – December 8^th and is open to anyone working for a local authority in the Republic of Ireland.

Your voice, and the voice of your colleagues are central to the work of the union.

The survey is open to all workers in the sector, including those who are not in a union, so share the link with your colleagues so they can take part too.
