Tomorrow's protest at Mayo University Hospital will take place at 1pm not 12.30pm. Please accept our apologies for the error in our previous email.

In August, we asked you to tell us what impact the continuing situation in the HSE in relation to unfilled posts was having on you.

You told us about your inability to deliver services, the extensive waiting lists that continue to grow, and the significant impact this is having both on you and on the people you serve.

You were clear — this situation can’t go on any longer. But the HSE won’t engage with us. As a result, a ballot of members in relation to industrial action opened Monday 14th October.

To raise awareness we're protesting outside hospitals around the country over the weeks ahead, along with the INMO and SIPTU.

So, will you join us tomorrow in Castlebar?

We’ll be outside Mayo University Hospital, Castlebar from 1pm-1.45pm.

Join us to stand together and tell the HSE that our members' ability to deliver safe services has now been severely compromised. When we stand together our voices can’t be ignored.
