The nationwide move to Level 3 dominates headlines this morning, as Government last night announced a tightening of restrictions and a new campaign of enforcement, but declined to follow the advice of public health experts despite warnings that infections would surge if the country was not placed in an immediate lockdown. We have this advice to members on the web.

Meanwhile, the general secretary of the Association of Garda Sergeants and Inspectors (AGSI) has called for clarification of what the force is being asked to do over compliance with Level 3 restrictions.
