We'll have plenty of election analysis another time. How about never, is that good for you?
Meanwhile, the Journal covers Fórsa's school secretaries' dispute, and the Digest congratulates Michael, Róisín and the Fórsa Youth Committee for raising £3,500 for the Transgender Equality Network Ireland at the union's Christmas quiz last night.
Elsewhere, employers have been advised to ban the work Christmas do, the Late Late tips it's hat to Shane MacGowan tonight, and the housing crisis deepens at it emerges that even an MEP's salary and perks aren't enough to pay for a pad in Dublin.
Oh, and don't forget the union-backed anti-racist rally if you're in Dublin tomorrow.
ZMOTY 2019
We're coming to the end of our Zen Moment of the Year nominations, and you'll get chance to select your personal top of the pops next week. For the day that's in it, today's choice comes from Diarmaid Mac a Bhaird's 3rd April Digest (great pic, by the way) which celebrated VEEP's Selina Meyer, whose career "started with failure and has been failing spectacularly ever since." Diarmaid's self-confessed "blatant and rather bitchy Theresa May-bashing" is perhaps applicable to a bunch of others this morning.
Deck the halls this weekend.
