Spoiling us again, oh does the bounty from Albion never cease?

So you’re saying he wouldn’t have an answer he’d just lash out violently? And this is you defending him?

He hasn’t been charged with anything – you’re automatically assuming he is guilty.
            What a surprise.

RyanAir opening its14th UK base in April next year at Southend Airport.
      It’s a £300 million investment providing 750 jobs, 55 flights a week on 13 routes to 8 European countries.
They’ve signed a five year agreement extendable to ten.
I think it’s safe to say planes will still be flying after Brexit.

So the Independent Alliance is demanding that the state pay Grandparents to mind children. At the moment Article 41.2 of the Constitution says the State “recognises that by her life within the home, woman gives to the State a support without which the common good cannot be achieved”.
Is the Independent Alliance going to propose that the referendum next October to amend/delete Article 41.2 be amended to state “The State recognises that by their lives in the home, Grandparents give to the State a support without which the common good cannot be achieved.” I think it would be wonderful to recognise grandmammys and granddaddys in Bunreacht Eireann.

Old people = voters who have worked & paid social insurance
parent non-voters = possibly gymslip mums & Leaving Cert dads not yet eligible to vote. On reaching 18 they can register & vote.

“At Last We’re Talking Tough” says the express – on the day May has to cut short her summer holiers on the beckoning of macron who’s given her a 40-minute appointment to hear out her supine pleading to give the UK a break

As time runs out for Digicel the vultures are circling,so too are its options,in a effort to raise some badly needed cash it has been entering into sale and leasebacks for its cell towers.
This has been covered on here before in terms of how many Dig has left (4,733) and a estimate (200,000) of what they worth.
The only buyer in this space,it appears is a division of Blackstone,Phoenix Towers who just completed another acquisition giving a great ‘comp’ to price Digi towers off.

‘Phoenix Tower International (“PTI”) announces it reached an agreement with Altice Dominicana, a subsidiary of Altice Europe N.V. (Euronext ATC, ATCB) (“Altice Europe”), to purchase 100% of the tower company, Teletorres del Caribe, with a portfolio comprising of 1,049 wireless communication tower sites for $170M. This latest transaction expands PTI’s footprint, in the country, to over 1,600 sites and reinforces PTI’s position as the leading tower company across the Caribbean”

This works out at 162 each not the estimated valuation of 200,000 utilized for Digi’s towers-yikes !

A little dated but decent profile on the buyer of PTSB loans.

“Last year New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman reportedly opened an investigation into Grayken’s heavy-handed mortgage-servicing tactics, including aggressive foreclosures, which have unleashed widespread outcries from homeowners, housing advocates and trade unions.”

“There are real questions about the human costs of Lone Star Funds’ business practices,” says Elliott Mallen, a research analyst for Unite Here, a union representing 270,000 hotel and industrial workers.”
