President Michael D Higgins speech to Congress yesterday is reported in the Irish Times, with reporter Jack Power focusing on the President's criticism of Trump’s policy on climate change as “regressive and pernicious." That story also makes it on to the front pages of the Irish Independent, Irish Examiner, Times Ireland and Daily Mail and is also reported in the Journal.ie and Daily Mirror as the US president arrives in Ireland for a short visit today.
