Today is World Suicide Prevention day and our friends at suicide or survive (SOS) have organised a number of online events to mark the occasion.

Many of this morning's front pages cover the new graded Covid-19 alert system which will allow the Government to introduce local lockdowns based on the level of coronavirus in a county or region. Under a soon-to-be published plan for living with the virus, five levels of restrictions will be introduced - with one being the least severe and five the most.
