The deadline for ordering your branch's calendars and wallplanners for 2026 is close of business tomorrow Friday 7th November. This will be your last chance to order calendars and wallplanners.

In previous years, the union has designed and produced calendars for branches to distribute in workplaces. Branches received an automatic allocation and have also been able to request additional calendars by email. This process represents a significant amount of work and cost for the union.

These calendars are used to increase Fórsa’s visibility in the workplace, and many branches give positive feedback about them every year. However, there are also branches who have told us that they no longer get as much use out of calendars due to  ‘clean desk’ policies and remote working.

Taking this feedback on board and in order to reduce waste there will be no automatic allocation of calendars this year. Instead, branches are invited to order calendars at the form linked below.

Please consider the needs of all workplaces within your branches and place a reasonable order that meets those needs.

There will be two types of calendars created: wall planners and triangular desk calendars. Both will feature English on one side and Irish on the other, therefore there is no need to request specific numbers of either language.

To make sure you receive the calendars before year end orders must close on Friday 7th November 2025.
