- You want to hear from us – We aim to circulate a short bulletin 3 times a year so we can communicate our work with all the members that the Committee represents.
- We want to hear from you – Please feel free to contribute any expertise by contacting us here.
As a representative body, it is important that we clearly understand the day to day challenges you face, and your views on addressing some of these challenges. The more we can understand, the better we will be able to work together to deal with them.
This is why Fórsa are asking all Health and Social Care Professionals to take two minutes to complete this survey.
Please print it off and post your completed survey to the address provided on the form. Alternatively, you can scan the completed form and email to organiser Katie Morgan.
We will be collating all of the information received. This will help us adopt future strategies that will aim to assist members with dealing with some of the concerns raised.
Feel free to share the survey with other physiotherapists or other HSCPs, the more information we receive, the better. All participants will receive a snapshot of the findings.
