How will the number of days of AirBNB lettings be policed? It won’t and can’t.
And by the way, management of a leased property is a hell of a lot harder than AirBNB. Cleaning is paid for by the AirBNB tenants, that’ s more income if you clean it yourself. Repairs have to be made by the Landlord regardless of who is renting. At least with AirBNB you can bill the renters for any and all damage, no such thing as “wear and tear”.
