I'm writing to you as a member of Fórsa working in Fingal's Library Service.
Our union is growing in Fingal - over the past year we have grown our membership, delivered significant improvements for staff and improved our communications with members.
As a union, we believe it is crucial that the voices of all staff are heard and represented within our union. As such - we are putting out a call for library points of contact across the Library Service.
What does being a Point of Contact Mean?
Being a point of contact means you will agree to link in with union reps on any issues or matters relating to staff in your area. Further - we may ask you from time to time to draw your colleagues' attention to local and national Fórsa initiatives which are relevant to you.
