With turnout down to around 55%, counting in the Stormont elections gets underway later this morning. Meanwhile, early local council results from England and Wales show Lib Dems, Greens and Labour making gains. The Tories have lost control of a number of councils (including Southampton) along with about 20% of the seats they're defending so far.
