One last push on the ballot

A huge thank you to everyone who is getting the vote out! It’s clear that our members care deeply about this ballot, but we are asking for just one more push.

Will you join your colleagues across Ireland and help us get the strongest vote possible?

Time is running out – the ballot closes this Friday 15th March at noon.

If you haven’t voted yet, do it today!

And If you haven’t already done so, will you ask just one of your colleagues have they voted yet?

Whether it’s saying yes to the pay increases, or it’s a return to the drawing board and potential industrial action – whatever happens next should be decided by you and your colleagues.

Hear from Kevin Callinan, General Secretary of Fórsa, in his message to members to get the vote out!

What is the ballot about?

  • Pay increases, valued at 9.25% over 2.5 years
  • Higher increases for lower paid workers - deal combines percentage increases and flat rate payments. This means workers will get whatever is worth more to them.
  • A game changing local bargaining clause - Fórsa members will be able to organise on issues of direct concern and negotiate outcomes involving an additional 3% of payroll costs.
