September's here again
by Niall Shanahan

Good morning everyone, the digest is back.

I usually write the digest intro in advance, so as I type this on Friday I'm tempted to make a bold prediction that Dublin will win a fifth All Ireland title on Sunday...well, a nail-biting finish and a replay on the 14th, I don't think anybody saw that coming.

Elsewhere, I'm delighted to see some of our Fórsa colleagues behind the Brits Not Out campaign. The pop-up campaign has been formed by Britons living in Ireland "who care about what Brexit will do to both countries." One of our lead organisers, Grace Williams, was on the panel of the Marian Finucane Show yesterday and spoke about the campaign.

They'll be staging one of the many protests against the five-week suspension of the UK parliament. The rally takes place tomorrow evening (Tuesday 3rd) between 6 and 7pm outside the British Embassy in Ballsbridge. I'll be there to support them.

Here's the front pages at a glance.
