Brexit dominates the headlines again this morning, following Theresa May's second defeat on her Brexit deal yesterday, as MPs voted down the deal by a majority of 149 votes. The next step will be motions on successive days to see first if MPs want to rule out a no-deal departure and if they do, whether they wish to extend article 50 and delay the Brexit process.

Motorists are also being urged to remain cautious as several weather warnings remain in place until later today, as Storm Gareth moves its way across the country.
