It's not often we get a mention in the pages of Hot Press magazine, but the latest edition includes a report that Deputy General Secretary Eoin Ronayne booked U2 to play at Waterford Institute of Technology (WIT) on behalf of the student’s union forty years ago last Friday, and has shared the original contract for the booking with WIT as the college marks its 50th anniversary.
