The country's largest trade unions have called for employers and the Government to implement mandatory workplace menstrual and menopausal policies. The 'Stop the Stigma' coalition launched its position paper in Leinster House yesterday outlining the extensive research and collective bargainging efforts of unions in this area of protecting workers' rights.
