INMO workers staged a protest at Connolly hospital in Blanchardstown yesterday to highlight what nurses have described as “excessive workloads and consequential increasingly unsafe conditions”.

SIPTU has said that any government move to increase the state pension age will result in punishment by the electorate at the next general election.

The chief executive of Dublin City Council has been criticised for “snide and dismissive” comments to a students’ union that raised concerns over the use of purpose-built student accommodation by tourists.

Zen

For our zen this morning we have a Christy Moore x Maniac 2000 mash up – is there anything better I hear you ask?

Have a good day folks.
