Elsewhere, the Indo's business desk reported yesterday that Siptu is to recommend that Aer Lingus staff vote to reject a deal on a profit-share scheme, and there's mixed messages from Government on personal tax cuts in the upcoming Budget, which will be announced tomorrow week, 8th October.

 

The front pages have the latest on Brexit, with the DUP's position causing concern to some (though not necessarily to Brexit's chief architects), with some good insights here from Denis Staunton in London.

 

In gravy news, the boat continues to overflow at the FAI. As a result, industrial strength eye-rolling has been reported all over the country.
