Hi Newshounds.
The international summit circuit has moved to the Korean Peninsular, where I predict less air-kissing and hand-rubbing than we witnessed at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue earlier this week.
Neither are there many puckered lips at Montrose this morning, as new JNLR figures show the national broadcaster losing listeners to its commercial rivals.
Expect firm handshakes to be the order of the day when unions meet DPER officials to discuss pay equity this afternoon. Elsewhere, the Indo unearths some interesting driving test stats, Simon Harris promises "action" over the Vicky Phelan debacle (which is widely covered), and Bill Cosby (also widely covered) faces a lengthy spell behind bars in what the Guardian dubs a "milestone for the #MeToo era."
Finally, the House of Commons has voted for "an effective" customs union with the EU. And there's me thinking they already had one.
My colleague Shanners obviously noticed the lack of Zen in my last digestive effort, and helpfully suggested this.
Have a good weekend and get involved in workers' memorial day tomorrow.
