Last chance to donate - GAA Palestine

Comrade,

Don't miss your chance to donate to the ‘Let Them Play’ campaign, a nationwide drive to get vital GAA equipment to children and volunteer coaches in five clubs in the West Bank.

Donations will close at COB Tuesday 31st March. Make a difference to the lives of children living under difficult circumstances by joining your fellow members and branches who have already given generously to the campaign.

Members can donate at the Fórsa Dublin office (Nerney’s Court, D01 R2C5), where our office reception is serving as an official drop-off point for donations for the GAA Palestine nationwide drive.

Our office reception will be operating extended opening hours for the duration of the campaign:

  • Monday to Friday: 8.30am-8pm
  • Saturday: 9am-5pm

We’re asking members, branches and activists to donate new GAA equipment, including:

    • Hurls
    • Helmets
    • Sliotars
    • Gumshields
    • Training gear
    • Kids’ kits and club gear

If you’re unsure what to donate, or would prefer to make a financial contribution instead, you can contact GAA Palestine here.

Please spread the word in your branch, your club and your community and help us make sure that children in Palestine get the chance to play.

Some months ago, GAA Palestine attempted to send equipment over, but the shipment was refused entry and returned to Ireland at a significant cost.

But the organisers refuse to give up. And this time, we are backing them in their efforts.

Lig dóibh imirt.

In solidarity,

Kevin, Mehak and Aisling.

Fórsa Campaigns Team.
