A FF-FG partnership would fill the need for a new party

John McGuinness

I don't believe that the people of Ireland are looking for new parties. They are looking for leadership capable of delivering a new, better Republic, that has care for its citizens and support for its doers at the heart of its policies.

A rejuvenated Fianna Fail and Fine Gael could do that, individually, or in partnership, with the possibility of an engagement and a marriage in the future. I believe those parties would be given a chance, if they can convince the electorate that they are prepared, vigorously and honestly, using the lessons they have painfully learned, to build a modern, inclusive society and a vibrant economy.
