Here's a look at some of today's front pages

Public support for Fianna Fáil and Fine Gael is neck and neck according to the most recent Irish Times poll. The poll puts support for the two largest parties at 26% (up 2 points for FG and down 7 for FF). Labour remains at 5%, while Sinn Féin is on 19% (up 3) and independents/others stand at 24% (up 2).  

Oncology and Radiotherapy nurses at Cork University Hospital have started operating a work to rule over "on-going inadequate and unsafe nurse staffing levels". The nurses and management will attend the WRC next week.

Longford is set to lose 170 jobs as Cameron Gas & Engineering announces it plans to shed staff due to the downturn in oil and gas prices. Unite has called on the jobs minister, Mary Mitchell O'Connor to intervene. 

A new business district in Dublin's Docklands has been announced. The million square-foot development will include 5 office blocks and 273 luxury apartments. It will be situated near the new Central Bank HQ and the 3 Arena.

There is an interesting article in the Irish Times on the psychology of Supermarkets and the subliminal ways in which they encourage you to spend more.
