Education Action plan looks at SNA terms

A new action plan, setting out reform proposals as part of the Building Momentum public service pay agreement, was published this week by the Department of Education, and includes a number of specific proposals affecting SNAs, including a review of the national contract.

SNA allocations analysed

SNA allocations for the school year commencing in September 2021 were published at the end of May. Allocations for mainstream classes have been carried forward to next year without significant changes. Some new posts have been added for new and developing schools. An analysis of the allocations by Fórsa’s national secretary for Education, Andy Pike, has issued to SNA members and is available via the link below.
