Talks on pay parity for workers in the community and voluntary sector hampered by officials stating they lack the mandate to resolve issue despite government commitments.

As Fórsa prepares to lodge its first local bargaining claim members are being asked to answer a survey and guide the union to making the most effective claims for members.

Fórsa is encouraging pharmacist members working outside of an acute hospital setting to complete a short survey is to help inform the claim to extend the Pharmacy Career Structure to all other settings in the HSE and HSE funded organisations.
