Fórsa has secured a new 30-month pay deal for members at the Drogheda Port company, comprised of three consecutive pay increases up to 1st January 2027.

The pay terms are as follows:

• 4% from 1st January 2025
• 3% from 1st January 2026
• 3% from 1st January 2027

Drogheda Port is Ireland’s premier northeast port, serving both the region and the greater Dublin area, and handles more than 1.5 million tonnes of bulk and specialist cargo transit annually to and from Europe, Scandinavia and the UK.
