Fórsa is representing Aer Lingus cabin crew in a Workplace Relations Commission hearing next Monday (4th October).

This follows an overwhelming rejection of the airline’s latest proposals for structural changes in a ballot last month.

Management agreed to engage with the WRC, and there will be no changes to pay structures or working conditions while the process is underway. The airline wrote to cabin crew members following the announcement of the ballot result, saying in intended to unilaterally impose changes.
