Talks this week marked a decisive step toward overhauling the Civil Service Conciliation and Arbitration (C&A) scheme, with draft text now circulated and agreement targeted for May. 

Members see pay increases achieved through local bargaining come into effect, while negotiation continues for further claims.

The pay scales page for the Civil Service division has been updated to reflect the recent 1% pay increase and recent changes arising from local bargaining.
