The information you provide during this process will be used to process your application to Fórsa, the data controller. This will enable the Union to communicate with you; to represent you in negotiations; and to allow for deduction at source facilities to be used by your employer. The lawful basis is consent. It also allows Fórsa to share information with Cornmarket if explicit consent is given. To withdraw consent, you should contact Fórsa’s DPO at dpo@forsa.ie. Your membership record is retained for seven years after cessation of membership. This information is shared with third party processors, Join Together and APT Solutions.
