Uisce Éireann members accept pay deal

A new three year pay deal for workers in Uisce Éireann has been accepted by a ballot of members from all unions party to the agreement.
The agreement provides for a 3% pay increase each year and will run from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2028. In 2026 workers in grade E,F, and G roles will benefit from either 1% or €1,500, whichever is greater, ensuring that lower paid workers benefit the most from the deal.
The agreement also contains provisions for pay to be reviewed each year, allowing for a ‘range refresh’ process to be completed in each year of the agreement. This is seen to be a core component of the Uisce Éireann pay model and ensures that overall Uisce Éireann pay ranges stay aligned within the market in which it operates. It also creates an opportunity for workers to benefit from additional increases to pay during the lifetime of the agreement. The current ranges are listed in the agreement.
The company has been notified of the outcome of the aggregate ballot by the group of unions, and members can expect to receive increases to their pay shortly.
