Fórsa and other unions representing staff at Shannon Airport are to vote on a new set of WRC-conciliated pay proposals.

The deal, which runs until 31st December 2025, followed an extensive local engagement involving Fórsa, Siptu and Connect trade unions at Shannon.

An aggregate ballot is now set to take place on the proposals, which recommends a one-off €1000 voucher in respect of 2022, a 3.75% increase applying from 1st January this year, a 3.5% increase from 1st January 2024 and a 3% increase from 1st January 2025.

Details of the ballot are to issue shortly.
