Fórsa has secured an agreement to further enhance the pay of directly employed pilots at Ryanair, following two months of negotiations. A ballot of members on the new pay terms gets underway this week.

Fórsa has lodged a case with the WRC (Workplace Relations Commission) following a decision by management at the Road Safety Authority (RSA) to allow the contracts of seven temporary driver testers to expire, despite record waiting times for driving tests.

Ahead of the ballot on the new Public Sector Pay Agreement Fórsa's Communications Unit has prepared a number of resources for union members and activists. The aim of these resources is to help you inform yourself about the agreement before you cast your vote.
