Local Bargaining survey for Dosimetrists and Medical Physicists closes today!
by Brendan Kinsella

As the local bargaining process continues, Fórsa has been surveying dosimetrist and medical physicist members in the HSE and Section 38 funded organisations.

Local bargaining is a process that addresses collective issues specific to a grade, group or category, and a key feature of the Public Service Agreement 2024-2026.

Dosimetrists and medical physicists will be acting as a single bargaining unit in this round of local bargaining.

As the Department of Public Expenditure, NDP Delivery and Reform has indicated that engagement on local bargaining claims will begin soon, Fórsa is asking members what issues they most want to see addressed in their claim.

National secretary Linda Kelly said: “It’s really important that members shape local bargaining claims related to their grades, so that the claims really reflect the issues being faced by members.”

The survey of dosimetrist and medical physicist members is open until 1pm today, Friday 20th June 2025. Results will then be considered to finalise the claim for submission.

To fill out the survey please follow this link here.

Only the views of Fórsa members working in dosimetrist and medical physicist grades in the HSE and Section 38 funded organisations are being sought. Members will be required to provide their membership number to complete this survey.
