I am writing to you to let you know that two documents on Tusla’s organisational reform were issued to us today for consultation and engagement.
This process has been ongoing for a long time now and was delayed for several months due to the level of feedback received by the employer from staff and Fórsa members.
We now intend on engaging Fórsa members and prospective members on the documents as it relates to you in your workplace.

We want to compile your feedback so we can use it to engage with management. The more you tell us about how the provisions in these documents will impact your working life, the better we will be able to work together to ensure this process of organisational reform benefits all stakeholders, including staff.
After we have received initial feedback from you we will use it to develop a survey. We will of course let you know in advance when that survey will issue.
