The closing date for civil service clerical officers, who are members of Fórsa, to make claims under the union’s benefit scheme is Friday, 11th January 2019.

Claims received after that date will be regarded 2019 claims even if the cost was incurred in 2018, which means the amount will be offset against 2019 entitlements.

So all claims for expenditure in 2018 should be submitted to Forsa, 19-20 Adelaide Road, Dublin, D02 WA00, before close of business on 11th January. And please remember to include original receipts and a copy of a recent pay slip with your claim.
