The education department is to launch a ‘digital wellbeing series’ for schools staff, along with a ‘digital gym’ for the school community. The new tools will be live-streamed from next Monday (1st February).

The digital wellbeing series will give access to monthly, theme-based, seminars presented by experts on wellbeing and health issues. A range of guides will also be available to download.

And, as gyms across the country remain closed under Level Five Covid restrictions, the digital gym will provide up to four gym classes a day, including HIIT training, yoga, mindfulness, Pilates and more. Participants will have the option to access recordings or join the live class.

The department has launched a booklet with details of the resources, including the schedule for the February instalment of the digital wellbeing series including a session on managing your finances. February’s schedule for the digital gym, is available HERE.
