Aer Lingus ballot paused

Plans to ballot Aer Lingus cabin crew on an addendum to their December 2021 Covid recovery agreement were paused this week as the union sought important clarifications from the airline on several items. The proposals due to be balloted upon will precede fresh pay talks with the airline, which are expected to begin shortly.
