Fórsa has met with the Local Government Management Agency (LGMA) to process member's concerns on major issues relating to the protection of their terms and conditions, direct labour, staffing of civic amenities, and the fit-out of facilities within the Dublin super-depot.

The engagement came following a Workplace Relations Commission (WRC) Conciliation that took place on 28th November.

Officially called the North City Operations depot, the facility is set to be the base for waste management services, electrical services, public lighting, housing, roads, maintenance, traffic, drainage, surface water maintenance unit and stores, as well as the administrative support to these departments.

"It is important to note that no agreement with management in relation to the move has been made” she said.

Members will be kept updated through the e-bulletins and will be notified if any agreement is reached in the coming months.
