Zen

Your Zen moment today welcomes the Palestinian women's football team to Ireland this week. They will play a friendly against Bohs tonight in Dalymount Park, in their very first European fixture.

The match is taking place on the 76th anniversary of Nakba - which means "catastrophe" in Arabic and refers to the mass displacement and dispossession of Palestinians during the 1948 Arab-Israeli war.

Have a great day.
