Parties to the Pay and Numbers dispute in the HSE (Code Red) will attend conciliation talks at the WRC tomorrow. It's widely reported today that members of the Psychiatric Nurses Association (PNA) have now begun their industrial action in the dispute. Elsewhere, Dáil proceedings are doing nothing to boost confidence as democracy dissolves like a Berroca elsewhere.
