Industrial action by Fórsa's clinical measurement physiologists was deferred last Thursday to facilitate WRC talks on Friday. On Friday afternoon, Fórsa announced that the action would remain suspended, as agreement had been reached on an intensive, time-bound engagement process "aimed at resolving the long-running issues at the centre of the dispute."

Action by Fórsa's local authority ICT staff was also paused yesterday, following an invitation from the Workplace Relations Commission (WRC) to engage in conciliation talks.
