Meanwhile, Fórsa and AirNav will reconvene at the company's IDRB today as it's reported that the High Court has approved a resolution by AirNav for a capital reduction to free up €310m on its balance sheet, "which it says is being freed up to enable future dividends to be paid to the Exchequer." AirNav has already assured Fórsa representatives that the €310m wouldn’t be used to pay a dividend to the Government.
