The Minister for Education and Youth addressed the Seanad on Wednesday about the SNA review and its aftermath. Yesterday, the NCSE chief executive John Kearney apologised for "any and all upset and uncertainty" caused by the review and "duly notes and apologises for any and all upset and uncertainty caused to children, parents, special needs assistants, and school communities in recent weeks."
