Lecturers at the BIMM music institute have suspended their industrial action after what their union IFUT described as "constructive discussions" and a proposal from the company that runs the college, while the Examiner reports further on an expected invitation to WRC talks to resolve pay disparity for health workers in the community and voluntary sector .
Meanwhile, the Irish Times coverage of remote and hybrid working continues, as "experts in human resources" say remote and hybrid working arrangements are giving rise to more conflict in offices across the country “than ever before” , and that the issue is the “root” of many workplace problems.
In further news, from the universe where up is down, the terms of any peace deal look increasingly dangerous as the brokers drink the Russian Kool Aid . Elsewhere, the Irish Independent's publisher is taking legal action against Twitter over “fake advertisements” on the sewer platform.

Steven Knight is one of the more interesting TV drama creators knocking around at the moment. The Peaky Blinders creator has form with big, bold characters in (mostly) gritty period settings. His latest creation is A Thousand Blows , set in the underworld of illegal boxing in Victorian London , and features Stephen Graham and Erin Doherty .
Have a lovely day.
