Lecturers at the BIMM music institute have suspended their industrial action after what their union IFUT described as "constructive discussions" and a proposal from the company that runs the college, while the Examiner reports further on an expected invitation to WRC talks to resolve pay disparity for health workers in the community and voluntary sector.

His latest creation is A Thousand Blows, set in the underworld of illegal boxing in Victorian London, and features Stephen Graham and Erin Doherty.
