The Business Post, reporting on the aftermath of the Government response to the recent fuel blockade, said trade union leaders have "signalled growing frustration that, while disruptive protest action outside formal industrial relations structures can quickly force a response, workers taking official industrial action remain bound by stricter rules on ballots, notice periods and conduct."
