In other news, the new Dublin Bay cycle route (the Tolka Estuary Greenway) has just opened, while Cabinet will discuss plans to install extra CCTV cameras in inner-city Dublin areas where there is high antisocial behaviour, and we've moved from bike sheds to security huts in expensive procurement projects.

Elsewhere, the ESRI has warned the Government against delaying the introduction of the residential zoned land tax, while there's concern that the Chinese government's links to western universities is fraught with ethical compromise for these institutions.

Zen

Your Zen this morning is new music from Dublin band Bedrooms, who've just released their debut album Perfectly Still which is readily available. The band play Whelans on Dublin's Wexford St this weekend. It's immaculately produced guitar-driven shoegaze, with a soulful and atmospheric groove that wouldn't be out of place as a needle drop for The Bear.

Have a listen.

Have a great day.

Niall
